Welcome to our latest edition of “Get Fit in 5” where we bring you quick and effective workouts that can easily be squeezed into even the busiest of schedules. Today, we’re focusing on a beginner-friendly glute workout using the Row-N-Ride machine.

Now, we understand that the Row-N-Ride may look a little intimidating at first glance. With its sleek design and adjustable resistance levels, it can seem like something only hardcore fitness fanatics would use. But fear not, dear readers, because we’re here to show you just how accessible this machine can be for beginners.

First things first, let’s talk about the benefits of a glute-focused workout. Strong glutes are not only aesthetically pleasing, but they also play a key role in better posture, athletic performance, and overall lower-body strength. Plus, who doesn’t want a perky peach to show off at the beach?

Now, onto the workout itself. This 5-minute routine will have your glutes firing on all cylinders and leave you feeling the burn in all the right places.

1. Start by adjusting the resistance level on the Row-N-Ride to a comfortable setting for your fitness level. You want to challenge yourself, but not to the point where you’re straining or risking injury.

2. Begin with 1 minute of steady rowing, focusing on driving through your heels and engaging your glutes with each pull. Imagine you’re rowing your way to a toned booty – motivation is key!

3. Next, transition into 1 minute of rapid-fire rows. Pick up the pace and really feel the burn in your glutes as you push yourself to go faster.

4. After that, switch to 1 minute of pulsing squats on the Row-N-Ride. Lower into a squat position and pulse up and down, keeping your weight in your heels and your back straight. Your glutes will thank you later.

5. Finish off with 2 minutes of glute bridges on the floor. Lie on your back, bend your knees, and lift your hips towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top of the movement. This will give your glutes that extra bit of burn they crave.
