Sled training is a fantastic way to improve strength, power, and endurance while also torching calories and building muscle.
But we understand that not everyone has access to a traditional sled or the space to use one. That’s why we’ve put together a list of 6 sled exercise alternatives that you can do at home or in the gym. 1. Towel row: Attach a towel to a pole or sturdy object and simulate a rowing motion as if you were pulling a sled towards you. This exercise targets your back, shoulders, and biceps while also engaging your core for stability.
