Our Opinion
As staff members of the parent game, we have seen our fair share of ups and downs when it comes to furniture choices. And one brand that keeps popping up in our customer reviews is Ashley’s Furniture. Let’s just say, the reviews haven’t been great.
At first glance, Ashley’s Furniture may seem like a one-stop shop for all your home furnishing needs. But as we have discovered, looks can be deceiving. Our customers have reported everything from poor quality materials to shoddy construction, leaving them with nothing but buyer’s remorse.
One customer even went as far as to say, “I would rather sit on a pile of rocks than on an Ashley’s Furniture sofa.” Ouch. That’s gotta hurt, Ashley.
But it’s not just the furniture itself that’s the problem. The customer service at Ashley’s Furniture leaves much to be desired as well. From long wait times to unhelpful staff, it seems that the customer experience is just as lackluster as the products themselves.
So, what’s a homeowner to do when faced with the choice of buying from Ashley’s Furniture? Our advice – steer clear. Save yourself the headache and invest in furniture that will actually last more than a few months.
And while we cannot control where our customers choose to shop, we can certainly warn them of the pitfalls of Ashley’s Furniture. So next time you’re in the market for a new couch or dining set, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Your wallet (and your backside) will thank you later.
